# Delete Your Hex & Harmony Account and Data

Hex & Harmony Crystals users can request deletion of their mobile app account and associated personal data.

## How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your Hex & Harmony Crystals app account, email:

info@hexandharmonycrystals.com

Use the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Hex & Harmony Crystals account so that we can verify the request.

We may contact you if additional information is required to verify your identity.

## What will be deleted

Once your request has been verified, we will delete personal data associated with your Hex & Harmony Crystals app account, including where applicable:

- Your app profile and account information
- Saved wishlists
- My Altar entries
- Personal intentions and notes
- User-uploaded My Altar photographs
- Notification preferences
- Registered push-notification device information
- Other app data linked solely to your account

## Information we may retain

Some information may need to be retained after account deletion where required or permitted by law.

This may include:

- Completed order and transaction records
- Payment and accounting records
- Tax records
- Fraud-prevention records
- Information required for chargebacks or dispute resolution
- Records we are legally required to retain

Any retained information will only be kept for as long as required for those purposes.

## Deleting individual app content without deleting your account

You can remove certain information without deleting your entire Hex & Harmony Crystals account.

For example, you can remove:

- Items from your Wishlist
- My Altar entries
- Personal My Altar photographs
- Saved intentions and notes
